Build things that matter. /p pAs our new Backend developer, you'll be part of our Autofix team. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul lipBuild and maintain backend services in TypeScript/Node.js (plus Python, PHP, and others when needed) /p /li lipManage AWS and Lambda deployments /p /li lipSet up and maintain CI/CD pipelines /p /li lipDesign scalable, high-availability systems /p /li lipPlan, write, and document new features /p /li lipHandle asynchronous programming and its quirks /p /li lipOptimize code for speed where it matters /p /li lipExplore and integrate AI features /p /li /ulbr/ ul lipComfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment /p /li lipAble to think along on architectural decisions /p /li lipWilling to learn new languages when needed /p /li lipComfortable with hard problems and algorithms (e.g. parsing with ASTs) /p /li lipWilling to experiment and throw away code /p /li lipExperience with automated testing and unit tests /p /li lipSome DevOps experience (CI/CD) /p /li lipCurious about AI /p /li lipFluent in English /p /li lipAble to work from our office in Ghent at least 3 days per week /p /li /ul h3What you can expect /h3 ul lipShort decision lines.
