You are their primary point of contact and make sure that orders, deliveries, information and commitments come together smoothly. This role goes beyond processing orders. You understand your customers, anticipate their needs and act before issues escalate. If availability changes, a delivery is delayed or export documentation needs attention, you bring the right people together and keep the customer informed. Accuracy is essential, but your ability to stay ahead makes the real difference. You will join an international customer excellence organisation in Kallo, in the port of Antwerp. In the Thermal & Specialized Solutions team, you work closely with 8 colleagues who support automotive, aftermarket and distribution customers. What makes this role interesting You will manage your own customer portfolio and build lasting relationships with recurring contacts at major automotive organisations. Much of the communication takes place digitally through email, SAP and EDI, complemented by customer calls and meetings when needed. You will also work closely with colleagues across logistics, warehousing, supply chain and the wider business. Orders may arrive through PDF or EDI and then progress through SAP to the warehouse. You maintain oversight of that process, including the required transport and export documentation, and ensure that commitments to customers are met. You will be trusted to:
- Manage customer inquiries and orders from beginning to end across the order-to-cash process.
- Process complex, international and export orders accurately.
- Monitor open orders and proactively communicate about shortages, transport issues or potential delays.
- Coordinate with internal teams so that customer requirements are understood and delivered.
- Manage consignment stock, including replenishment, inventory, invoicing, counts and reconciliation.
- Handle complaints and returns and identify when additional information is needed.
- Prepare or coordinate transport and export documentation, including CMR documentation.
- Perform quality checks, correct issues and suggest ways to improve processes.
- Provide backup coverage for colleagues when required.

You communicate confidently with customers and colleagues at different levels and bring strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
