About the role
As a VeroTech project expert, you lead product development projects for energy conversion solutions from concept and lab prototype through to series production. You work in a multidisciplinary engineering environment where technical design, industrialisation, supply chain, sales processes and aftermarket support come together.
You act as Project Team Manager, coordinating cross-functional teams and project engineers across local and international facilities. You align decisions with stakeholders in purchasing, manufacturing, service and marketing, while ensuring clear reporting, sound risk management and compliance with relevant international standards.

Key responsibilities
Lead high-impact product development projects from concept and prototype phase to full-scale series productionCoordinate cross-functional teams and coach project engineers across local and international facilitiesDrive technical design decisions in close collaboration with purchasing, manufacturing, service and marketing stakeholdersCollaborate with test engineers to define test programmes, execute validation activities and evaluate resultsManage project scope, budget, timing and status while ensuring transparent reporting to managementApply ISO, PED, ASME and design-based risk management throughout the development lifecycleSecure and share technical knowledge to support continuity and learning across the organisationWhat we're looking forWe are looking for a technically strong project expert with a hands-on mindset, clear communication skills and the ability to bring multidisciplinary teams together in a product development context.
