Your responsabilities
- Advise clients on structuring and transferring their wealth in both civil and tax-efficient ways
- Manage estate planning files from A to Z, from first client meeting to implementation
- Develop tailored strategies aligned with clients’ personal and family objectives
- Draft legal documentation and coordinate with external stakeholders (notaries, bankers, etc.)
- Work on both national and international estate planning matters
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the planning processIdeal profile
- Belgian law degree with a specialization in tax law, estate planning, or notarial law
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in estate planning
- Good command of English; additional languages are an assetThe Offer
