We are looking for a versatile and well-organised Administrative Assistant to support the central administration team. The responsibilities will be shared across a small team and may vary depending on workload and availability, making this a dynamic role with a broad range of administrative and organisational tasks.
You will provide day-to-day administrative support, assist management and colleagues, and ensure that various internal processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Create and follow up purchase orders in SAP.
Create and maintain new supplier records in SAP/PEGA.
Process and resolve quality control issues and SAP CCM alerts.
Order and follow up materials for different business units through SAP.
Manage and monitor office and IT equipment orders.
Organise business travel and coordinate travel arrangements.
Manage management calendars, appointments and correspondence.
Provide general administrative and organisational support to the wider team.
Maintain and update SharePoint, including uploading and organising documents.
Prepare and distribute internal communications and newsletters.
Manage information displayed on office screens.
Monitor and follow up Interparking-related matters.
Assist with the organisation of internal events and activities.
Support other team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Experience & SkillsFirst professional experience in an administrative or assistant role.
Good knowledge of standard MS Office tools.
Previous experience with SAP, particularly for creating and following up purchase orders, is a strong asset.
Experience with calendar and agenda management.
Experience with SharePoint or similar document-management tools is an advantage.
Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
