About the firm
Our client is an international law firm advising businesses across a range of sectors and jurisdictions.
Its Brussels Commercial & Litigation team assists both Belgian and international clients on commercial law matters, with particular experience in distribution networks, consumer-related issues and dispute resolution. The team works with businesses active in sectors including retail, technology, media, hospitality and healthcare.
Lawyers regularly collaborate with colleagues from other practice groups and offices to support clients on domestic and cross-border matters.

Your responsibilities
- Assist clients with the development and operation of distribution and franchising structures.
- Draft, analyse and negotiate a range of commercial agreements.
- Advise on matters relating to consumer law, product regulation and market practices.
- Support assignments involving competition, privacy and intellectual property aspects.
- Take part in litigation and arbitration matters.
- Prepare legal and procedural documentation for dispute resolution proceedings.
- Work with colleagues from different practice areas on multidisciplinary matters.
- Contribute to internal and external knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Let's talk about you
- You have between 1 - 5 years of experience.
- You have an interest in commercial law and ideally some exposure to contracts, regulatory matters or disputes.
- You are a native French speaker with an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of the other national language.
- You obtained strong academic results during your legal studies.
- You are interested in sectors shaped by innovation and evolving business models.
