The ideal candidate will bridge business and IT requirements, ensuring that technical designs align with enterprise architecture standards and operational needs. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliDesign and validate complex system architectures and application solutions. /li /brliTranslate business requirements and operational constraints into functional and data models. /li /brliEnsure application designs align with enterprise architecture standards and guidelines. /li /brliCollaborate with Application Architects, Enterprise Architects, developers, and business stakeholders. /li /brliReview technical specifications, documentation, coding, testing, and debugging activities. /li /brliContribute to application design standards, reusable frameworks, patterns, and tools. /li /brliSupport production troubleshooting, application enhancements, and testing when required. /li /brliProvide technical guidance and coaching to junior IT professionals. /li /brliMaintain design documentation and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. /li /brliCollaborate with IT infrastructure teams to communicate application architecture and technical requirements. /li /br /ul /brh3Required Skills and Experience /h3 /brul /brliMinimum 10 years of experience in development and functional design. /li /brliStrong expertise in IBM Mainframe technologies. /li /brliHands-on knowledge of bPL/I, DB2, MQ, and CICS /b. /li /brliExperience working on major IT projects. /li /brliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li /brliAbility to manage complex systems and work autonomously. /li /brliExcellent communication and organizational skills. /li /brliProactive, solution-oriented approach with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. /li /br /ul
