About the Opportunity

Our client, a major player operating in a highly regulated and technology-driven environment, is looking for a Senior Business Change Officer to support large-scale transformation initiatives across HR, Digital and Organisational Change domains.

You will join a strategic People & Transformation team responsible for driving organisational evolution, digital transformation and change adoption throughout the company.


This assignment combines:

  • 70% Change Delivery on strategic projects
  • 30% Support in building and embedding a sustainable Change Management culture


Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Change Officer, you will coach and support project and programme managers in managing the people side of change.


Key Activities

  • Develop compelling change narratives and project storytelling
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and stakeholder mapping
  • Assess change impacts across impacted audiences
  • Define and execute change management strategies and plans
  • Support stakeholder engagement and adoption activities
  • Create communication materials and change campaigns
  • Design and deliver training initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions and events
  • Measure and monitor adoption levels and change readiness
  • Identify and manage resistance to change
  • Adapt change approaches in Agile environments
  • Support the implementation and continuous development of a Change Office


Projects You May Support

Examples of strategic initiatives include:

  • HRIS implementation and HR digital transformation projects
  • Deployment of digital tools for operational and field employees
  • Creation and positioning of new departments and organisational structures
  • Enterprise-wide change management initiatives
  • Development of a sustainable change culture within the organisation


Required Experience

Mandatory

  • Proven experience as a Senior Change Management Consultant / Business Change Officer
  • Prosci ADKAR certification (current or previously certified)
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English
  • Strong experience supporting large transformation programmes
  • Experience implementing change initiatives impacting both:
  • Blue-collar populations
  • White-collar / administrative populations
  • Experience supporting the creation and positioning of new teams or departments
  • Experience in HR-related transformation programmes
  • Experience supporting HRIS implementations
  • Experience establishing or scaling a Change Office
  • Experience managing resistance to change in complex environments
  • Experience with multi-level stakeholder management and reporting
  • Strong understanding of change methodologies such as:
  • ADKAR / Prosci
  • Kotter
  • Lewin
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in business process optimisation
  • Knowledge of Excel and Power BI


Highly Desirable

  • Previous experience within the Energy / Utilities sector
  • Experience working in large or complex organisations undergoing transformation
  • Exposure to Agile delivery environments
