Support & Training Officer - Hybrid Brussels

We currently have a vacancy for a Support & Training Officer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
- Create business architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals.
- Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities.
- Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities.
- Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.
- Create and implement a business vision.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 15 years of relevant working experience in IT.
- At least 3 years of experience in user support (including user training).
- Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals.
- Proven experience of PL/SQL (designing complex queries, debugging and/or fine-tuning existing queries).
- Excellent experience with Excel filters, pivots, charts, and complex formulas.
- Experience defining and implementing strategies.
- Knowledge of statistical mathematics fundamentals.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio would be an asset.
- Experience with VBA macros would be an asset.
- Experience with Jira would be an asset.
- ITIL certification would be an advantage.
- Excellent command of the English language, French would be an asset.
Details
- Position: Support & Training Officer
- Deadline: 19/02/2024 at 12:00 CET
- Rate: 470EUR per day (all inclusive, depending on experience)
- Hybrid model 2 days a week onsite in Brussels and the rest teleworking.
