We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Analyst / System Analyst to join a major modernization program focused on transforming a complex monolithic application into a modern microservices-based ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
- Design and maintain data models and API contracts (REST and asynchronous integrations)
- Collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders
- Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready backlog items
- Support incident investigation and root cause analysis in production environments
- Ensure alignment with architectural guidelines and integration standards
- Contribute to the successful delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role
- Strong background in distributed architectures and microservices
- Hands-on experience with API design, integration patterns, and data modeling
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and database analysis
- Experience with message queues, asynchronous messaging, and event-driven systems
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in large enterprise or public sector environments
- Knowledge of financial, accounting, payment, or transaction management systems
- Experience with application modernization or migration programs
Project Context
You will join a strategic initiative aimed at modernizing a mission-critical application that manages financial transactions, payments, reimbursements, and accounting processes. The program involves migrating from a monolithic architecture to a scalable and resilient microservices landscape.
