pWe’re writing our scale‑up story and are looking for a senior payroll professional. In other words, we’re looking for a senior payroll expert who is ready to (1) mentor other consultants and (2) execute various projects for our clients. /ppAs a payroll connoisseur, you understand that payroll is ever‑evolving, and you know the importance of continuously expanding your expertise to stay at the top of your field. Your knowledge will grow as you work on diverse projects across various sectors and companies. You’ll integrate into the HR department of one of our clients for several months, where you’ll focus on driving improvements, optimising processes, and actively contributing to key projects. /ppDefining your exact tasks can be challenging since they vary depending on the project. However, here’s a glimpse of what you can expect: /pulliManage the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. /liliInterpret labour laws and tax regulations, ensuring full compliance with evolving legal standards. /liliResolve complex payroll issues, including discrepancies, tax challenges, and compliance audits. /liliSupervise and train payroll colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations. /liliContribute to strategic initiatives, such as process optimisation, cost management, and implementing new payroll systems or policies. /li /ulpIn addition to your client projects, we’re seeking someone who is eager to mentor and train our junior payroll consultants. Specifically, you’ll be responsible for delivering training sessions and educating them on key topics, such as new regulatory requirements and industry best practices. /ppYou have at least a 5 years experience in the field of payroll and/or compensation benefits. /ppYou have full professional proficiency in Dutch, and you have complete mastery of English and/or French. /ppA changing and dynamic context gives you energy and you like nothing more than showing initiative, no matter how many years of experience you have. /ppPragmatic doer, open‑minded, team player, positivo seem to be must‑has to take on this challenge.
