Job Description
As Payroll Officer you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating and overseeing monthly payroll process in collaboration with external payroll providers.
- Ensuring compliance with Belgian social legislation and internal policies.
- Acting as main point of contact for employees on payroll-related matters.
- Preparing payroll reports, analyses, and provisions to support business decision-making.
- Driving payroll optimisation, automation, and digitalisation initiatives.
- Participating in HR and payroll transformation projects while supporting development of best practices.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll regulations and social legislation.
- Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French.
- High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
