Build the data foundation that powers every decision at Rubio Monocoat.
At Rubio Monocoat, we believe great decisions start with great data. As our Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and building the data platform that connects our ERP, e-commerce, marketing and sales data into one reliable source of truth.
This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain existing systems. You'll help shape the future of our entire data landscape while making advanced analytics and AI accessible across the business. If you enjoy building scalable data solutions, solving complex technical challenges and creating structure from multiple data sources, we'd love to meet you.
Your impactYou'll become the technical owner of our data platform and play a key role in how data flows throughout the organization.
Working closely with colleagues from IT, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance, you'll ensure reliable, high-quality data is always available for reporting, analysis and AI-driven insights. You'll help transform today's separate reporting solutions into one modern, scalable architecture that supports both operational reporting and future innovation.

You'll manage orchestration, scheduling, monitoring and error handling to ensure reliable and automated data processing.
Create one reliable source of truthYou'll design scalable warehouse and lakehouse models using Microsoft Fabric and medallion architecture principles. By building curated business datasets, you'll enable consistent reporting while also providing flexible environments for exploration and advanced analytics.
Shape our future architectureRather than maintaining multiple parallel reporting environments, you'll help simplify and modernize our complete data platform.
You'll actively contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve scalability, flexibility and performance.
Enable reporting and AIYou'll work directly with business stakeholders to translate information needs into sustainable data models.
Besides maintaining Power BI dashboards, you'll introduce AI Data Agents that allow colleagues to interact with data through natural language and receive intelligent insights instead of relying solely on traditional reports.
Safeguard data qualityReliable data is essential.
You'll implement monitoring, validation and governance to ensure data quality, document data lineage and manage permissions within Microsoft Fabric as our platform continues to grow.
Who are you?More important than ticking every technical box is your mindset. We value ownership, curiosity and the drive to build something that lasts. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, continuously learning and taking responsibility for your work, you'll fit right in.
