- BelgiumCompany: DynaFin ConsultingRoles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Process Analyst with experience in payments to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the analysis, optimization, and implementation of payment processes, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver efficient and compliant solutions.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document end-to-end payment processes (SEPA, SWIFT, instant payments, etc.)Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across processesTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements for ITSupport the implementation of process improvements and system changesEnsure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g. PSD2, compliance frameworks)Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, compliance, and business teamsContribute to testing activities (UAT) and validate implemented changesMonitor process performance and define KPIsProfile3–7 years of experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst in paymentsStrong knowledge of payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, cards, or instant payments)Experience within banking or financial services is requiredSolid understanding of process modelling (BPMN or similar)Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business requirements into functional specificationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English and either Dutch or French (mandatory)About Dynafin ConsultingAbout Dynafin ConsultingDynaFin Consulting is a management consulting company delivering services to the Financial Services Industry.
