pWe're currently recruiting for a Senior Digital Design Engineer to take a leading role in the development of complex digital hardware and semiconductor solutions. /p pThe position is focused on digital design and RTL development, with responsibility for translating system requirements and architectural concepts into robust, efficient and scalable digital designs. /p pYou will work across the development lifecycle, from architecture and specification through RTL implementation, verification and hardware validation. Working closely with digital, analogue, verification and systems engineers, you will contribute to technical decisions, solve complex design challenges and help drive projects through to successful implementation. /p pThis is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone who enjoys working on technically challenging digital designs while also taking ownership of projects and supporting less experienced engineers. /p pbKey
Responsibilities:
/b /p ul liLead the design and development of complex digital hardware from specification and architecture through to implementation. /li liDevelop high-quality, synthesizable RTL using bVerilog and/or SystemVerilog /b. /li liTranslate system and architectural requirements into efficient digital designs. /li liTake technical ownership of individual design blocks or complete digital development projects. /li liWork closely with verification engineers to define verification strategies and resolve design issues. /li liSupport simulation, synthesis, timing analysis, debugging and hardware validation. /li liContribute to design reviews and architectural decisions. /li liIdentify and resolve complex issues at RTL, gate and hardware level. /li liCollaborate with analogue, mixed-signal, FPGA and systems engineering teams. /li liSupport and mentor junior and mid-level digital design engineers. /li liContribute to improving digital design methodologies, coding standards and development processes. /li /ul pbYour Profile: /b /p ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline. /li liSeveral years of professional experience in digital hardware design and RTL development. /li liStrong experience with Verilog and/or SystemVerilog. /li liSolid understanding of digital design principles, synchronous design and RTL coding practices. /li liExperience with ASIC, FPGA or SoC development. /li liGood knowledge of simulation, synthesis and digital design verification methodologies. /li liExperience working from system specifications and contributing to hardware architecture. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliComfortable taking ownership of technically complex projects and working independently. /li liExperience working within multidisciplinary hardware development teams. /li /ul pbThe Offer: /b /p ul liA salary benefits package commensurate with experience /li /ul
