Remote /ph3What You’ll Own /h3ulliTechnical architecture across Salesforce and Node.js systems /liliEnd-to-end ownership of development execution and delivery /liliManaging and improving performance of developers across the team, with direct accountability for output /liliDriving development velocity and removing bottlenecks /liliEstablishing clear engineering standards and accountability /liliOwning the training and ramp-up of Node.js developers into Salesforce (1-2 month ramp expected), including hands-on guidance and technical oversight /liliWorking directly with the CEO and leadership team on priorities and execution /liliDirectly managing and guiding developers, not just coordinating through layers /liliMaking final technical decisions when needed to ensure execution is not blocked /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli7+ years of software development experience /liliStrong Salesforce experience at the architecture level /liliProven experience as a technical architect /liliStrong hands-on Node.js experience in production systems /liliExperience managing developers and being accountable for delivery /liliAbility to design and own end-to-end system architecture /liliStrong ownership mindset with focus on execution /li /ulh3What We Expect From You /h3ulliYou take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks /liliYou can quickly assess team capability, identify gaps, and fix them /liliYou are comfortable making decisions and being accountable for them /liliYou bring structure, stability, and accountability to engineering teams /liliYou can train developers who do not have Salesforce experience /li /ulh3This Is a Leadership Role /h3pThis is not a coordination role and not a passive management position.
