- Build and maintain a strong understanding of Rydoo’s products, use cases, and customer challenges
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on discovery, research, validation, customer conversations, and structured feedback
- Work with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and other teams to understand customer and prospect needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Support customer adoption by helping internal teams explain product value, functionality, and use cases
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities related to product knowledge, communication, and customer feedback loops
- Understand how regulatory and compliance requirements impact the product and its usage
- Help internal teams and customers navigate product-level compliance questions
Requirements
- A degree in economics, legal, finance, or a related field
- A true passion for technology and solving user needs
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally with accounting, finance or SaaS experience
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, handle frequent context-switching, and solve problems resourcefully
- Very good written expression and strong communication skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and summarizing key information
- Open to feedback and able to generate new ideas, iterate, and synthesize at the right moment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is ideally preferred
