HIRING – Senior ServiceNow Consultant / Developer

Location: Brussels / Antwerp, Belgium

Work: Full-time | Hybrid

Duration: 12+ months

Start: ASAP

Languages: Dutch & English | French is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & configure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM & CSM
  • Work with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules & UI Policies
  • Handle REST/SOAP, MID Server & Integration Hub integrations
  • Work across analysis design development testing deployment
  • Support platform governance, security, performance & scalability
  • Contribute to ServiceNow AI, Predictive Intelligence & Virtual Agent

Required

  • 4–5+ years ServiceNow Development/Consulting experience
  • Strong ITSM & CSM experience
  • Strong JavaScript knowledge
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs & Flow Designer
  • Knowledge of ACLs, CMDB & platform security
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Mandatory Certifications

  • CSA – Certified System Administrator
  • CAD – Certified Application Developer

Nice to Have

  • CIS-ITSM / CIS-CSM
  • CTA
  • ServiceNow AI/GenAI experience
  • Predictive Intelligence / Virtual Agent / Automation
