Your journey with usYou join our team of highly experienced manufacturing consultants to perform advisory and implementation services at our clients. You use your deep functional and technical knowledge of leading Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions to help design and implement the perfect-fit solution for our customers.
You will help our clients transform their manufacturing operations leveraging digital technologies and advise them on potential solutions and implementation strategies, and ensure buy-in from client top managementJob Content & ResponsibilitiesParticipate in business process definition, modelling, and feasibility analysis relative to MESDefine functional requirements and provide technical guidance to MES developersDesign, implement, and test business processes and master data within the systemDevelop and maintain strategic relationships with senior decision makers at key clientsOrganize and lead pursuit teams and proposal development initiativesDevelop innovative solutions and transformation methodologies for manufacturing operationsCreate thought leadership content and contribute to industry publications and speaking engagementsMentor and share MES expertise with team membersLet's talk about you2-5 years of experience in MES implementations and manufacturing operationsProven track record leading full-cycle MES implementations in Life Science or Medical DevicesExpertise in MES strategy, requirement development, design, prototyping, and testingStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skillsPassion for manufacturing operations and smart factory concepts in a global contextPAS-X experience (preferred)Fluent in English; additional European language (strong asset) Our story Enterprise Performance is about achieving maximum impact and value from investments in finance, supply chain, and IT operations requires a holistic view of key business functions from strategy through process design and technology enablementDeloitte is a globally recognized professional services firm committed to making an impact that matters.
