Context & Impact

We're hiring an FP&A Expert to replace an outgoing team member in a high-impact, high-visibility role at the heart of Lansweeper's go-to-market engine. You'll sit at the intersection of Finance, Sales and Operations — owning GTM financial planning, SaaS metrics, revenue recognition and commercial deal support.

This isn't a back-office role. You'll be a genuine business partner to our Sales and RevOps teams, helping shape how Lansweeper scales by turning complex deal economics into clear, confident decisions. As we accelerate growth, the quality of financial insight you bring will directly influence how we plan, price and execute across our GTM motion.

Challenge

The Main Challenges You’ll Face Are

  • Building rigour in a fast-moving environment — Lansweeper is scaling quickly, and data maturity is still evolving. You'll need to build and improve FP&A processes without the luxury of a perfect system setup.
  • Cross-functional alignment — you'll work across Finance, Sales, RevOps and Legal on deal economics, pricing and revenue recognition. Keeping everyone aligned without slowing the business down takes both technical credibility and strong stakeholder management.
  • Balancing speed with accuracy — enterprise deals move fast. You'll need to deliver rapid deal economics modelling and IFRS 15 guidance under time pressure while maintaining audit-ready quality.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Own the GTM budget and rolling forecasts across new ARR, expansion, churn and contraction — and drive weekly/monthly forecast cadences with Sales leadership
  • Monitor and report on core SaaS metrics: ARR cohort bridges, NRR waterfalls, segment-level P&Ls and leading indicators including pipeline velocity and win rates
  • Support investor relations and board-pack revenue sections with accurate, audit-ready SaaS metric disclosure

Revenue Recognition & Commercial Deal Support

  • Act as deal desk finance partner for enterprise accounts: review non-standard contract terms, pricing scenarios and commercial structures before signature
  • Apply the IFRS 15 five-step model across all contract types: SaaS subscriptions, multi-element arrangements, ISV and hybrid deals
  • Partner with Legal and Sales on contract language; maintain deferred revenue schedules and lead the revenue recognition workstream for external audit

Pricing, Packaging & Systems

  • Support financial modelling for pricing changes (per-seat, usage-based, tiered, hybrid); analyse ASP trends, price elasticity and win/loss data to inform packaging decisions
  • Deliver rapid deal economics modelling for enterprise and strategic accounts: margin analysis, discount structuring and payment terms
  • Work across Salesforce, NetSuite and connected systems to ensure data integrity, reporting quality and order-to-cash process efficiency

Key Requirements

Hard Skills

  • 5–10 years of experience in FP&A or business controlling, with direct exposure to a sales or GTM environment
  • Strong GTM financial planning skills and solid command of SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV and churn
  • Hands‑on experience with revenue recognition under IFRS 15, including multi-element and hybrid contract structures
  • Experience with pricing models, deal economics and commercial deal support in an enterprise SaaS context
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and an ERP such as NetSuite; comfortable working across connected GTM and finance systems

Soft Skills

  • Collaborative and commercially minded — you build trust with Sales and Operations, not friction
  • Agile and proactive — you build and improve processes in fast-paced, data‑immature environments without waiting for perfect conditions
  • Clear communicator — able to translate complex financial models and revenue recognition logic into straightforward decisions for non-finance stakeholders

AI‑Specific Skills

Lansweeper is an AI-native company. In this role, AI fluency means more than awareness — it's how you work. You're expected to actively use AI tools to accelerate financial modelling, automate recurring reporting, and surface insights faster across GTM planning and SaaS metrics. Whether that's Copilot in Excel or NetSuite, AI‑assisted FP&A platforms, or large language models for analysis and documentation — you know how to apply these tools practically and you're always looking for smarter ways to work. You stay current on how AI is reshaping the FP&A function and bring that thinking into your day-to-day.

Team Info

You’ll join the Finance team, reporting directly to the FP&A Lead and working closely with Sales leadership, RevOps, Legal and external auditors.
