Satellit is looking for an ICT Analyst to join a cross-functional agile product team that maintains systems used for gas commercial operations, including flow planning, contracting, billing, reporting and B2B message exchanges across transmission, Storage and terminal facilities.

Skills & competences: Analytical thinking Less Relational databases Azure DevOps SQL SAFe UML SparX Enterprise Architect Communication (technical and non-technical) Stakeholder management BPMN Workshop facilitation User acceptance testing (UAT) support Requirements analysis Scrum Jira Confluence Functional testing Problem solving Documentation and training delivery Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related discipline What will you do? Collect and examine stakeholder and user needs, then convert them into practical and valuable enhancements for the gas operations software suite.
Prepare and lead stakeholder workshops and one-on-one sessions to surface, refine and validate business requirements.
Model requirements using conceptual artifacts such as use case and activity diagrams and information models, ensuring alignment with the current application architecture.
Work with product teammates to break down requirements into user stories, provide effort estimates, take part in sprint planning and support delivery through standard Agile rituals.
Design and run functional test cases, assist end users during acceptance testing, present demonstrations, deliver training and produce user-facing documentation. xirbnpk
Handle incoming service requests and production incidents from business users, propose corrective actions or improvements and share knowledge to help refine processes.
