Our client, a leading HealthTech fund is looking for strong additions to their team on Manager level

Source and evaluate promising HealthTech investment opportunities across Europe, from initial screening through due diligence and investment execution.
Lead financial, commercial, market, and competitive analysis to develop robust investment theses and recommendations.
Build relationships with founders, co-investors, healthcare executives, and other stakeholders across the HealthTech ecosystem.
Support portfolio companies post-investment and contribute to portfolio strategy, value creation, and ongoing performance monitoring.

3–5 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or a related investment-focused role.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to assess business models, markets, and investment opportunities.
Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus.
Genuine interest in HealthTech, digital health, healthcare innovation, and technology, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
