- and is pursuing a dedicated acquisition strategy to become one of Europe's top 5 in these technologies, and offer the best expertise to its customers. /ph3Job Description /h3pbAbout the Role /bbr/We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance Operations Expert / Team Lead to join our team and play a key role in delivering end-to-end solutions for our clients. /ppbIf there is interest on teamlead too this can be considered to start the application for the teamlead role too. /b /ppIn this role, you will combine functional expertise, solution design, and team leadership to ensure high-quality project delivery and long-term customer success. /ppYou will work on full lifecycle implementations, from pre-sales and design to deployment and optimization, while supporting and mentoring a team of consultants. /ppbYour Responsibilities /b /pulliProject Delivery (End-to-End) /liliLead and contribute to end-to-end D365 FO implementations (analysis, design, build, test, deploy, support) /liliTranslate business requirements into functional solutions and system configurations /liliDesign scalable and efficient business processes within Dynamics 365 FO /liliValidate solutions through testing, user acceptance support, and go-live readiness /liliEnsure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations /liliFunctional Expertise /liliAct as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO (Finance and/or Operations modules) /liliAdvise clients on best practices, standard functionalities, and process improvements /liliConfigure and optimize modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or others /liliMaintain clear and structured documentation (functional designs, processes, UAT scenarios) /liliClient Engagement /liliBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor /liliFacilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions /liliSupport pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and estimations /liliUnderstand client needs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation /liliTeam Leadership /liliProvide guidance and coaching to functional consultants and analysts /liliAct as a go-to person within the team for complex functional topics /liliReview team deliverables and ensure consistency and quality standards /liliContribute to knowledge sharing and capability development within the team /liliSolution Platform Governance /liliWork closely with technical teams to ensure functional and technical alignment /liliEnsure proper usage of Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) /liliSupport continuous improvement of internal methodologies and delivery frameworks /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pulliYou are customer-oriented, and this mindset drives the way you work /liliYou have at least 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and/or Dynamics AX /liliStrong knowledge of Operations modules (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.) /liliExperience working on end-to-end ERP implementation projects /liliYou understand the importance of clear, concise documentation /liliExperience with LCS (Lifecycle Services) is required /liliYou have experience delivering demos, trainings, and facilitating workshops /liliExperience in leading or mentoring a team is a strong plus /liliDynamics certifications are a plus; willingness to obtain them is important /liliYou are fluent in English and Dutch or French /liliYou are known as a driven, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented team player /liliNice to Have /liliExperience in multi-country or complex transformation programs /liliKnowledge of integration with other Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, etc.) /liliExperience in Agile / Scrum environments /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pbAbout Inetum /b /ppInetum is a leading European digital services company.br/With more than 28,000 employees across 19 countries, we help businesses and institut
