All underpinned by technology created with purpose. /p h3YOUR ROLE /h3 pOur professionals help clients enable digital transformation, improve agility, ensure technology supports business objectives and create sustainable and future‑ready organizations by building robust strategies, establishing governance models, and driving innovation. /p pAs a (Senior) Manager, you will work closely with business and technology leaders to bridge strategy and execution, ensuring organizations can adapt and thrive in an evolving digital landscape. /p h3Key tasks for this role include: /h3 ul liWork with clients to assess their enterprise architecture and application needs and design practical solutions that align with business objectives /li liSupport the development and implementation of architecture strategies, frameworks, and governance models to enable digital transformation /li liConduct architecture assessments and capability reviews to identify gaps and recommend improvements /li liAssist in defining roadmaps and action plans for enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategies /li liLead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that combine business, technology, and organizational perspectives /li liStay informed about enterprise architecture trends, frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate), cloud architectures, and emerging technologies to provide relevant, future‑proof insights /li liFollow the evolution of AI and assess how it can be leveraged within architecture landscapes, as well as how AI capabilities reshape and influence modern enterprise architectures. /li /ul h3Business Development /h3 ul liSupport growth of the enterprise architecture capability within Enterprise Transformation through thought leadership and client development /li liIdentify enterprise architecture opportunities within existing engagements /li liCollaborate on proposals showcasing Capgemini Invent's enterprise architecture expertise /li liBuild strong relationships with client decision‑makers to understand challenges and propose solutions /li /ul h3Network and Knowledge Management /h3 ul liMaintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts and technology partners /li liParticipate in industry events and contribute to enterprise architecture thought leadership /li liShare expertise and best practices through internal knowledge bases and content creation /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul li4–10 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy /li liSolid understanding of key architecture principles, frameworks, and standards (TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN, etc.) /li liFamiliarity with IT governance models, technology trends, and digital transformation practices /li liExperience in conducting architecture maturity assessments, capability modeling, or roadmap development /li liStrong project management skills in line with industry standards (recognized certifications like PRINCE2, PMP are a plus) /li liExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills /li liStrong business acumen and sharp client‑facing communication/interpersonal skills /li liMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field /li liFluency in English and at least French or Dutch /li /ul h3WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE /h3 ul liFlexibility Autonomy: Work from clients, from home, from Capgemini office or even sometimes from abroad to work the way that works for you /li liHigh-Impact Ownership: Drive meaningful change by implementing bold strategies and delivering measurable value for clients through complex transformation programs /li liCross‑Industry Leadership: Lead high‑impact initiatives that integrate strategy, engineering and technology across multiple industries. /li liGlobal Collaboration: Work across global teams and brands, expanding your network through programs like InventX and contributing to international transformation efforts /li /ul /p
