STORE MANAGER UP TO €52K Maasmechelen Outlet Village, Belgium Offering: Salary up to €52K, depending on experience Excellent benefits + MBO
Responsibilities:
Supervise all store operations, ensuring efficient and seamless daily activities Boost sales results by setting the standard, mentoring the team, and executing initiatives to surpass objectives Foster long-term customer loyalty by nurturing meaningful and lasting client relationships Track and evaluate sales performance, identifying opportunities and implementing actions to enhance store profitability
Requirements:
At least 4/5 years of experience in a similar role within premium or luxury retail Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service Energetic, confident, and results-oriented with a target-driven mindset Fluent in English and Dutch About: Luxury house brand with a unique, eclectic, original, and contemporary style Designed for independent, confident, and empowered women with a strong and elegant presence This is an urgent vacancy
