pWe are looking for a bMendix Low-Code Expert /b to join a major international IT project within a European institutional environment in Brussels. /p pYou will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining secure, scalable and accessible business applications using Mendix. Working within an Agile and multidisciplinary environment, you will collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI specialists, testers and project teams to transform business requirements into robust digital solutions. /p pThe role also involves enterprise integrations, application security, reusable components, testing, deployment and production support. /p h3Your Role: /h3 pAs a bMendix Low-Code Expert /b, you will: /p ul liTranslate business requirements and user stories into robust Mendix applications. /li liDesign domain models, workflows, user interfaces and application security roles. /li liDevelop integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs, database connectors and enterprise authentication mechanisms. /li liWork with authentication technologies such as SAML and OIDC. /li liDevelop reusable Mendix modules, widgets and components. /li liContribute to shared development standards and best practices. /li liApply secure-by-design principles, role-based access control and data-protection requirements. /li liDevelop accessible interfaces in line with WCAG 2.1 AA standards. /li liWrite unit and automated tests and participate in code reviews. /li liMonitor application quality and contribute to the management of technical debt. /li liSupport deployments, release management and third-level production support. /li liProduce and maintain technical documentation. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of Mendix development practices. /li /ul h3The Profile We Are Looking For: /h3 pWe are looking for a highly experienced bMendix Developer / Low-Code Expert /b with a strong software-development background and proven experience delivering enterprise applications. /p h3You should have: /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of IT development experience. /li liAt least 3 years of hands‑on Mendix development experience. /li liMendix Advanced Developer certification or higher. /li liExperience delivering at least two Mendix applications into production. /li liPractical experience with Mendix 10 or later. /li liExperience integrating Mendix applications with enterprise systems. /li liExperience with on‑premises and/or private‑cloud environments. /li liExperience working in Scrum or another Agile development framework. /li liStrong understanding of application security, testing, integration, maintainability and software-development best practices. /li liEnglish at C1 level. /li /ul h3Key
