Danaher’s Life Sciences Human Resources is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for the Benelux region. The role supports complex HR situations with policy expertise, delivering standardized service across Life Sciences in assigned geography.
The position reports to the Director, LS Generalist, and requires Dutch fluency and solid knowledge of Belgian labor practices to drive compliant HR processes.
