Responsibilities:
/h3ulliLead participation in SRWC standardization (Bluetooth SIG focus; plus Wi‑Fi, NFC, UWB) and deliver technical insight reports. /liliDrive innovative proposals in working groups and Task Group (Bluetooth SIG, Wi‑Fi, NFC, UWB) to strengthen corporate influence. /liliMonitor EU and global SRWC regulatory developments (spectrum, compliance, interoperability) and provide impact analyses and risk‑mitigation recommendations. /liliBuild and manage strategic partnerships with chip vendors, OEMs, research institutes, and alliances; initiate joint projects and pilots. /liliPromote new SRWC technologies and use cases via workshops, liaisons, and joint whitepapers with SDOs and regulators. /li /ulh3Travelling: /h3pInternational travel is needed /ph3Competency
Requirements:
/h3ulliStrong expertise in wireless communications (Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, NFC, UWB; cellular is a plus). /liliResearch experience in PHY/MAC layers with a solid publication record. /liliProven track record in standardization, standards organization operations, and ecosystem development; SRWC experience preferred. /liliAbility to deliver technology insights and support strategic planning. /liliMaster’s or PhD in Computer Science, Communications, or related engineering field. /liliComfortable working in a multicultural, international environment. /li /ul
