Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter. /p ullibReporting to: /b Manager, Regional Support Technical Account Management /lilibTravel expectations: /b up to ~40% (variably in-country and across Benelux, Nordics, and Baltics) /lilibLocation: /b working remotely unless you are travelling to customer sites /li /ul pbYour Impact /b /p pAs the Deployment Engineer, you will be tasked with driving customer success and technical adoption of Axon products and solutions, with the objective of grant a successful adoption and use of our Technology for Public Safety and adjacent sectors in the region. Axon is seeking professionals that can work at the tactical level and drive a successful adoption through persistence and execution. /p pbYour Day to Day /b /p ulliBecome the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem, maintaining deep knowledge of both current and expanding product deployments. /liliServe as a technical liaison between Axon, the customer, and any strategic delivery partners. /liliFollow-up on all requests submitted from customers. /liliWork with the sales team to support existing customers. /liliManage tickets and RMA and work with internal teams from the identify of an issue and through the entire life cycle of the adoption. /liliTravel may be required, up to 40%, nationally and internationally. /liliCoordinate and schedule regular calls with existing customers. /liliFocus on customer loyalty /liliProactively look out for customers’ business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with Axon products /liliFacilitate integration with existing customer platforms. /liliInstallation and commissioning /li /ul pbWhat You’ll Bring /b /p ulliFluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills is essential. /liliTactically focused on managing customer success adoption. /liliMission driven mentality, highly motivated, with a drive to execute on tasks. /liliStrong technical foundation including working knowledge of:ulliEnterprise networking including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting. /liliSaaS platforms, cloud applications, APIs, identity management, authentication, and enterprise software administration. /liliWindows environments, Active Directory / Entra ID, and enterprise endpoint management concepts. /liliIntegration patterns, system interoperability, and enterprise application ecosystems. /liliTechnical troubleshooting across software, networking, configuration, and infrastructure domains. /li /ul /liliThe ability to legally live in territory, and travel to other countries as required. This may require you to personally obtain work and travel visas. /liliThe ability to work with all levels in an organization effectively and build strong partnerships. /liliStrong computer skills
