Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the IT project and service portfolio , ensuring alignment with organizational strategy Monitor and consolidate budgets, demand pipelines, and risks across multiple initiatives Prepare and lead steering committees and investment review meetings , supporting prioritization and decision-making Develop and maintain a centralized IT portfolio dashboard (cockpit) to track performance and portfolio health Produce strategic reports, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses for executive stakeholders Analyze budget variances and implement corrective action plans to optimize costs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and project managers Support governance improvements and contribute to operational efficiency and resilience Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager or in a similar senior IT governance role Strong background in IT project and program management (Agile environments) Solid experience in budget management, financial analysis, and reporting Experience with risk management and change management Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to translate data into actionable strategic insights Nice to Have Knowledge of ITIL practices Experience in public sector environments Understanding of portfolio demand management frameworks Languages English: Required (professional proficiency) French: Strong advantage Environment Large-scale digital transformation program Multi-stakeholder, cross-functional environment Strong focus on governance, cost control, and strategic alignment
