You will report to our Managing Director. /p pYou will primarily be involved in drafting, analyzing, and negotiating contracts, and you will advise our operational and commercial teams on their cases. Your objective is to propose pragmatic legal solutions that protect the company's interests while taking into account operational realities and business needs. /p pYou will work under the supervision of our strongLegal Director /strong and collaborate closely with the network of legal professionals at strongVINCI Energies Belgium Building Solutions /strong. This will give you the opportunity to share your knowledge, experience, and best practices in a structured and collaborative legal environment. /p pstronguWhat are your responsibilities? /u /strong /p ul liYou draft, analyze, and negotiate contracts with our clients, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers. /li liYou adapt contracts to legal requirements and Group guidelines in order to manage risks while identifying business opportunities. /li liYou advise and support operational and commercial teams through the various stages of the contracting process. /li liYou draft business-related legal templates and documents and ensure they are regularly updated. /li liYou monitor contract execution and provide support in the management of any potential disputes. /li liYou work in particular on construction contracts, temporary partnerships (joint ventures), and public procurement. /li liYou monitor relevant legislation, particularly in the areas of public procurement, economic law, and the law of obligations, and draft notes and reports on these topics. /li liAlong with your legal colleagues, you develop and organize internal legal training sessions to raise awareness among our teams regarding key legal risks and best practices. /li liYou support the organization in complying with the strongethics and compliance /strong rules applied by the VINCI Group. /li liYou contribute to the improvement and digitalization of legal processes, notably through the relevant use of strongAI tools /strong. /li liYou build a relationship of trust with the various teams and position yourself as a true stronglegal business partner /strong. /li /ul BR/pstronguWhat do we expect from you? /u /strong /pulliYou hold a Master's degree in Law and preferably have 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate and contract law, for example gained at a reputable Belgian or international law firm or in an in-house legal role. /liliExperience in construction law and/or public procurement is a significant asset. /liliExperience as in-house counsel is also an advantage. /liliYou have strong analytical skills and are able to translate complex legal issues into concrete, pragmatic and business-oriented solutions. /liliYou have experience analysing, drafting and amending contracts and possess strong negotiation skills. /liliYou are comfortable with digital tools and are interested in the use of artificial intelligence in a legal context. /liliYou work independently, proactively and accurately and have a strong customer
