Description

You manage the complete accounting cycle and take full responsibility for overseeing its quality and efficiency;
You bring substantial experience in month-end closing procedures, addressing areas that require enhancement;
You identify and implement improvements within the accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth financial operations and resolve discrepancies;
You prepare financial statements and reports, providing valuable insights for decision-making;
You maintain meticulous records and support audits to guarantee financial integrity.

Your profile

Holds a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree being an advantageous addition;
Brings 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience to the table;
Is fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch or French considered beneficial;
Demonstrates a strong sense of autonomy and the ability to work independently while taking initiative;
Exhibits proactive thinking along with an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving;
Embraces a scale-up mentality, aligning with the company’s rapid growth and development, despite not being a start-up. xlxgzvr

Offer

Monthly salary indication: € 4001 - € 4500
A vehicle allowance or mobility budget amounting to €700;
