Senior Public Policy Manager

h3YOUR MISSION AT VOI /h3 pAs bSenior Public Policy Manager (Benelux) /b, you will report to the Country Manager and contribute to and execute the policy strategy for the Benelux region. In this role, you will drive key regulatory and political processes, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and work closely with local and central teams to ensure Voi remains the obvious choice for cities tendering for micromobility services. Your responsibilities include: /p h3Strategy Policy Development /h3 ul liContributing to and executing the Benelux policy strategy in close partnership with the Benelux team /li liOutlining regulatory positions, drafting arguments, interpreting new rules and producing clear material for national-level engagement /li liWorking with Analytics and Product teams to build Voi's evidence base and translate insights into credible advocacy positions /li /ul h3Tender Market Readiness /h3 ul liIdentifying, monitoring and preparing for tenders across the region, ensuring the right policy positioning and stakeholder groundwork ahead of tender release /li liEngaging proactively with city and regional authorities to shape upcoming mobility tenders and secure opportunities for participation /li liCollaborating with Product, Operations, Legal, PR and the Tender team to align regulatory positions and support readiness for upcoming rules /li /ul h3Stakeholder Engagement Advocacy /h3 ul liBuilding and developing political, technical and administrative relationships across the Benelux, ensuring Voi has early insight into regulatory developments /li liRepresenting Voi in external forums, consultations, conferences and working groups, ensuring Voi's positions are consistently and professionally presented /li liDriving outreach to new cities, assessing Voi's position and influencing public stakeholders to advance pilot and tender processes for micromobility services /li /ul h3Compliance, Communications Internal Alignment /h3 ul liMaintaining oversight of compliance matters in the region and preparing internal processes for regulatory change /li liMonitoring and managing public opinion, promoting and defending Voi's vision and position in public discussions, including in press and on social media /li liResearching municipal requirements and political ambitions to draft tailored white papers for cities evaluating micromobility services /li /ul h3WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK /h3 pWe are looking for an analytical, commercially minded policy professional with a solid understanding of the Benelux political and regulatory landscape. You can translate business objectives into policy priorities, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex political environments in a fast-moving industry. /p ul liBachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Business, Economics, Communications or similar /li liProfessional fluency in English, French and Dutch /li liExperience in public affairs within mobility, transport, tech or other policy-driven sectors /li liStrong understanding of the Benelux political environment and experience influencing regulatory and political processes /li liAbility to use data and evidence in policy development and advocacy /li liSkilled in drafting regulatory positions, consultation responses and policymaker-facing arguments /li liExperience leading complex cross-functional work with local and central stakeholders /li /ul h3WHY VOI? /h3 pWorking at Voi is more than just a job; our People Promise includes a personal voyage where you will grow as a professional and be a part of a team and culture that builds something meaningful for society.
