Our customers are leasing companies, captive finance companies, and banks. The platform they move onto has to carry their operational demands and the regulatory obligations they work under. /p pbFrom our Ghent office /b, As ba Cloud (Platform) Architect, /byou’ll bown the architecture and technical direction of SOFICO Cloud /band the shared platform underneath Miles. You are the bauthority on platform infrastructure /b in two directions. Inside SOFICO, byou set the direction our platform and product teams build towards /b. Outside, you explain and defend that architecture to customers, to their security and risk teams, and to their auditors. /p h3bWhat /bbyou’ll do /bb... /b /h3 pThis is an architecture role with a bcustomer-facing side /b. You own the answers to our customers' infrastructure questions: what we have built, why we built it that way, and what is coming next. /p ul liOwn the target architecture and roadmap for SOFICO Cloud and the shared platform capabilities Miles product teams build on. You set the architectural direction on both Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. /li liMake a fleet of isolated, single-tenant customer environments run like one platform: upgrades that land the same way everywhere, drift you can see and control, observability you can trust, and a cost base that improves as we scale. /li liMake sure moving to SOFICO Cloud takes real work off our customers. The infrastructure, security, resilience and continuity they hand over become ours to run properly. /li liExplain and defend the architecture of SOFICO Cloud to customers and to their security, risk and audit teams, and bring what you learn there back into the roadmap. /li liDefine the runtime contract product teams design within: Kubernetes, networking, identity and access management, storage, databases, messaging, observability, and service-to-service communication. /li liPush platform and product engineering on the non-functionals: availability, scalability, performance, security, operability, recoverability, and cost. /li liOwn platform architecture decisions end to end. That means reviews, trade-offs, exceptions, and decision records people can still rely on a year later. /li liShape how environments are built and changed, through Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps and automation, so that a change to the fleet is repeatable and safe to audit. /li liBuild platform architecture into a practice at SOFICO, with standards, a regular review rhythm, and better infrastructure thinking among the architects and engineers you work with. /li /ul h3bWhat you bring /bb... /b /h3 ul libSenior-level experience in platform and cloud architecture /b for an enterprise product. /li liA track record bdesigning and running /bbproduction /bbSaaS or cloud-native platforms /bat scale. /li liThe bability to /bbget /bbdecisions closed /b through influence. You carry the mandate for platform architecture, with a clear escalation path. /li libCredibility /b with regulated customers. You are comfortable in a room with a customer's security, risk and audit teams, and you can answer their questions about our architecture directly. /li libConfidenc /bbe /bsetting technical direction and standards across teams that don’t report to you, and the appetite to bring other architects and engineers along with you. /li liThe judgement to sequence change well. Our customers run their business on Miles, so platform change gets planned, communicated and delivered without disruption to them. /li /ul pbKnowledge Skills /b /p pbMust have : /b /p ul libKubernetes and container platforms: /b AKS, workload architecture, cluster networking, storage, operators. /li libSolid Azure experience /b, plus the confidence to make architectural decisions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Prior OCI exposure is a plus. /li libInfrastructure-as-Code and GitOps /bb: /b Terraform, Ansible, FluxCD , Helm, Kustomize . /li liRunning bmulti-customer platforms: /btenant isolation, secrets management, fleet-wide upgrades. /li libSecurity by design /b: identity and access management, secrets, certificates, network security, least privilege. /li libObservability and resilience /b at fleet scale: monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, capacity planning, high availability, disaster recovery. /li liThe assurance context our customers work in: DORA, ISO 27001, audit rights, continuity and exit expect
