pSatellit is seeking an experienced engineer to join a software team that builds AI-first applications. The role requires solid software engineering fundamentals combined with hands-on experience creating systems that leverage large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, conversational assistants and automated agent workflows. The position involves designing, building, validating and refining AI-driven solutions so they operate securely, consistently, and are maintainable and valuable in a production business setting. /ph3Who are you? /h3h3Skills Competences: /h3ulliAI application evaluation methods including test datasets, quality metrics, regression testing, and user feedback /liliTechnical communication and trade-off analysis /liliCollaboration and stakeholder management /liliService design with testing, logging, CI/CD, and deployment practices /liliSecurity-conscious mindset when working with internal or sensitive data /li /ulh3Preferred

Qualifications:
/h3ulliAt least five years of professional experience working as a full‑stack software developer. /li /ulh3What will you do? /h3ulliArchitect and code AI-driven applications that integrate large language models, retrieval pipelines, agent-style workflows, backend services, APIs and external integrations. /liliBuild and operate orchestration layers that call LLM services, putting in place repeatable testing, structured logging, CI/CD, monitoring and end-to-end observability. /liliEstablish safe, practical patterns for using external tools, human review/approval steps and governed agent behaviors, and advise on model and framework choices with attention to quality, cost, latency, maintainability and security. /liliDiagnose and resolve typical AI system failures such as incorrect model outputs, weak retrieval results, excessive latency, cost overruns and inconsistent responses. /liliWork closely with software engineers and product or business stakeholders to embed robust AI engineering practices and help shape technical strategy. /li /ulh3Technologies (mandatory) /h3pMS Teams advanced llm-based ai generation RAG Pipeline Microsoft 365 Agents SDK SAFe Agile Logging Langgraph Langchain AI Semantic Kernel Security Microsoft Foundry Azure Cloud Platform Python C# product owner .
