We are still in a true zero-to-one phase. /ppAs our first Customer Security Engineer (pentest), you will own the end-to-end delivery of white-glove pentesting services by guiding customers before, during, and after tests and turning findings into clear, actionable next steps. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliGuide customers end-to-end through their pentests (before, during, and after), helping them get maximum value from the product and ensuring smooth, high-quality engagements. /liliAct as the primary technical point of contact for customers, answering deep technical questions around test setups, scope, results and validating potential false positives. /liliTranslate findings into action, advising customers on how to prioritize and effectively remediate discovered vulnerabilities in a way that fits their architecture and development workflows. /liliCollaborate closely with the AI pentesting team, feeding real-world customer insights back into the product to improve accuracy, usability, and impact. /li /ululliHands-on pentesting experience /liliComfortable working directly with customers /liliStrong application or infrastructure security skills /liliClear communicator, technical but human /liliOSCP, OSWE, CREST, or similar is a plus /li /ulh3What you can expect /h3ulliShort decision lines.
