We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently and transform in a dynamic market. /p h3About The Role /h3 pThe Technical Solutions Architect will provide technical and domain leadership by working closely with RedHat and senior Arrow staff in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, and support modernizing data center solutions for partners and customers. They will also support the sales and vendor teams with data center pre-sales technical and technology activities across the data center portfolio of products and services offered by Arrow. The activities will support Arrow partners, SI’s, MSP’s and Resellers in both a technical and commercial capacity. /p pThey will be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars and providing technical advice and support for customers, including on-site installations. /p h3Day to day duties /h3 ul liProvide technical knowledge and expertise to the customers on RedHat/OpenShift. /li liAdvise clients transitioning to cloud-based and managed Datacentre services. /li liServe as subject matter expert for modern Datacentre platform capabilities. /li liSupport the commercial team in the development, construction of offers to the clients. /li liInteract with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy. /li liValidate and work on NetApp configurations to support the business. /li liDeliver training/workshops/webinars/solution presentations to partners, also at vendor events and industry events. /li liCreate PoC (proof of concepts) within the real customer's environment. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liProven experience with RedHat/OpenShift. /li liStrong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology. /li liAn ability to take the initiative and be a pro-active self-starter. /li liEmpathetic, fair, and generous approach to staff and people management /li liA highly entrepreneurial spirit that manifests itself in a “let’s make it happen” approach, coupled with initiative and adaptability. /li liExcellent attention to detail and genuine passion for Information Technology. /li liWillingness to do some national trips to see partners. /li liFluency in English required.
