pHR Rail is the legal employer and HR partner for employees of the Belgian railways, supporting NMBS/SNCB and Infrabel. Based near Brussels Midi, it manages recruitment, payroll, careers and other HR services for more than 30,000 railway employees. /p h3What about the SAP team? /h3 pThe SAP team consists of approximately 30 colleagues and supports applications for payroll and career management. HR Rail operates an integrated SAP S/4HANA environment covering HR, finance and connections with other applications. /p pAs Senior SAP Security Specialist, you work with business, IT and SAP teams to design and maintain secure access, improve authorisations and support the further development of the SAP environment. /p h3What will you be doing? /h3 ul liDesign, maintain and optimise SAP roles and authorisations in line with business needs and security requirements. /li liAnalyse access requests, grant or revoke approved access and resolve authorisation incidents. Track requests and changes through tools such as Jira and the SAP Support Portal. /li liSupport role owners with access reviews, analyse Segregation of Duties conflicts and help monitor privileged access, emergency access and technical accounts. /li liImplement security settings for passwords and technical users. Advise project teams on security solutions within the agreed architecture, budget and planning. /li liPerform authorisation and regression tests and coordinate role deployments across development, test, acceptance and production environments. /li liSupport internal and external audits, follow up corrective actions and document roles and procedures. /li /ul h3What experience do you bring? /h3 ul liExtensive SAP Security experience and strong knowledge of authorisation objects, role design, user administration and access troubleshooting in S/4HANA and Fiori. /li liA degree in IT or equivalent experience. Knowledge of SAP HR, particularly payroll and time management, is a strong asset. /li liAdditional assets include FI/CO, SAP GRC and Firefighter, BTP security, SAP IDM, ABAP and Workflow, identity integrations and GDPR/NIS2 awareness. /li liAn analytical, pragmatic approach, clear communication and the ability to work independently and with others.
