You will assist with the coordination and management of the Housekeeping department.
Sharing responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the Housekeeping department
Collaborating with internal and external cleaning staff
Ensuring and implementing Motel One's housekeeping standards, as well as being responsible for cleanliness in all areas
Sharing responsibility for conducting internal coaching sessions, cross-training, and onboarding new housekeeping employees
Gaining cross-departmental insights into new areas of work through collaboration in our multicultural teams
