Working with Train Maintenance business representatives, internal IT experts and an external implementation consortium, you take an end‑to‑end perspective across S/4 Services, SAP Asset Performance Management (APM), SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), relevant SAP BTP capabilities, other SAP domains, and external or non‑SAP systems. /p h3What is your role at SNCB Ypto? /h3 ul liYou contribute to the Detailed Design and implementation of the future SAP S/4HANA solution for Train Maintenance and provide senior functional expertise in SAP PM/EAM and Asset Management processes. /li liYou analyse complex business requirements, translate them into functional SAP solutions, participate in design workshops, and review and constructively challenge designs proposed by the implementation consortium. /li liYou identify gaps, impacts, dependencies and integration requirements and ensure end-to-end integration with MM/SCM, QM, Finance/Controlling and S/4 Services, including SAP APM and SAP IBP where relevant. /li liYou analyse interfaces and dependencies with external/non‑SAP systems and collaborate with functional experts, architects, integration specialists, SAP developers and technical teams. /li liYou prepare and review functional specifications and solution documentation, promote maintainable use of SAP standard functionality, and contribute to functional, integration and end-to-end testing, defect analysis, transition activities, documentation and knowledge sharing. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 pWhy is this job a good fit for you? /p ul liYou have at least 8 years of professional experience as an SAP PM/EAM Functional Consultant. /li liYou have experience in functional analysis and solution design within a complex asset-intensive maintenance / MRO environment. /li liYou can work autonomously and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT experts and external implementation partners. /li /ul h3You Also Possess These Technical Skills /h3 ul liYou have strong hands‑on expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management. /li liYou have demonstrated expertise in technical objects, equipment and functional locations; maintenance notifications and orders; preventive maintenance; maintenance plans and scheduling; task lists; work centers; and maintenance‑related master data. /li liYou have experience translating complex requirements into SAP solutions and preparing or reviewing functional specifications. /li liYou understand integration between SAP PM/EAM and other SAP modules and solutions and can analyse interfaces and dependencies with external/non‑SAP systems. /li liYou have experience with functional, integration and end‑to‑end testing and defect analysis. /li /ul h3And These Soft Skills /h3 ul liYou have a strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset and proactively identify gaps, risks, impacts and dependencies. /li liYou take ownership of complex functional topics and review and challenge proposed solutions constructively.
