- Spray Drying /h3h3Main responsibilities /h3pThe role serves as a global technical reference, bridging RD, engineering, manufacturing, and international customers, while ensuring operational excellence in full compliance with cGMP standards. /ppstrongTechnical Leadership and Strategic Management /strong /pullistrongGlobal Point of Reference: /strong Acts as a strategic interface for Engineering, Manufacturing, and international Key Clients, ensuring operational excellence in full compliance with cGMP standards. /lilistrongInnovation and Project Management: /strong Contributes to the evaluation of technology upgrade projects and the development of new manufacturing assets, overseeing the entire lifecycle of new spray dryer installations from concept through commissioning. /lilistrongMA and Technical Due Diligence: /strong Actively supports the company’s growth strategy by performing technical screening of target manufacturing sites and evaluating potential acquisitions through global technology due diligence activities. /lilistrongNetworking and Advanced RD: /strong Collaborates with international experts in engineering, thermodynamics, and theoretical modeling to optimize spray drying processes, driving the adoption of state-of-the-art solutions. /lilistrongTechnology Transfer and Partnerships: /strong Manages relationships with technical teams of major international customers and scouts emerging technologies in the market to integrate industry’s best practices into internal processes. /lilistrongScale-Up and Technology Transfer: /strong Leads the transition of processes from RD to commercial manufacturing, ensuring efficiency and quality. Develops methodologies to effectively transfer commercial processes across similar spray dryer units. /lilistrongProcess Optimization /strong: Defines and executes action plans to develop new spray drying processes in close collaboration with leading global Big Pharma clients, working on some of the most innovative and advanced pharmaceutical categories worldwide. /lilistrongAdvanced Modeling: /strong Applies Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) approaches and particle dynamics models to simulate and optimize droplet behavior within spray dryers.
