Senior Test Engineer

h3Mission Overview: /h3 pKeystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Test Engineer for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that developed software operates as expected, both technically and functionally. You will support the software design and delivery team with your expertise, focusing on functional and non-functional testing, end-to-end testing with external partners, and user support for acceptance testing. This position emphasizes continuous improvement in testing processes and quality assurance. /p h3Key

Responsibilities:
/h3 ul liDefine the test strategy. /li liReview business requests and analysis documents. /li liCreate and execute test cases, scenarios, and plans. /li liFollow up on defects and issues and write test reports. /li liAutomate test cases using various tools based on technologies and needs. /li liSupport involved teams and assist in estimating test effort and planning for projects. /li liImprove processes and test deliverables. /li /ul h3Technical Skills Required: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or above. /li liMinimum 7 years of relevant experience in software testing (manual and automated). /li liExperience with manual testing, API testing, and building test strategies. /li liStrong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies (ISTQB certification is an asset). /li liExperience in testing Java services, web services, REST APIs, proxy services, and open standards such as XML, XSD, WSDL. /li liSolid experience in analyzing and modeling complex processes and workflows. /li liKnowledge of tools such as Jira, Xray, ReadyAPI, and Playwright. /li liExperience working in Agile environments. /li liExperience with Groovy Script or equivalent. /li liFamiliarity with public administration systems is a plus. /li /ul h3Soft Skills Required: /h3 ul liFluent in Dutch/English or French/English, with basic knowledge of the other language. /li liA real team player, comfortable sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues. /li liAttentive to details, with strong analytical and communication skills. /li liResult-driven, maintaining quality without compromising speed. /li /ul h3Work Environment: /h3 pThis position is based in Brussels, with a hybrid working model of 40% in the office and 60% remote work. /p h3Why Join Keystone Solutions? /h3 pAs a consultant at Keystone Solutions, you will engage in dynamic projects across various client environments, providing you with turbo-charged learning opportunities and a commitment to your career growth.
