You will act as the technical owner for system updates, validation activities, incident management, and change control while collaborating with internal teams and external platform providers. This is a high‑impact role supporting global clinical development operations.strongKey Responsibilities /strongulliProvide ongoingstrongsupport and maintenance /strongfor the organisation’s Clinical Data Acquisition platform (incl. Medidata iMedidata, Rave, Coder, Cloud Admin and Coder+). /liliSupport and maintain thestrongTrialGrid /strongsystem used to validate clinical study builds. /liliAssess the impact of new Medidata and TrialGrid product releases on availability, security, interfaces, and maintenance requirements. /liliDrivestrongIT changes /strong, including updates to computerized system validation documentation, IQ/OQ testing, and implementation of new/changed user requirements. /liliPerformstrongaccess management /strongfor designated user roles /liliCollaborate with SMEs to resolvestrongincidents /strongin alignment with ITIL best practice /liliSupport thestrongperiodic review /strongof Clinical Data Acquisition and TrialGrid systems /li /ulstrongRequirements /strongstrongEducation /strongulliBachelor’s degree (minimum) instrongComputer Science /strongor a related field. /li /ulstrongExperience Technical Skills /strongstrongMandatory: /strongulliDirect experience withstrongMedidata platforms /strong(e.g., iMedidata, Cloud Admin, Rave, Coder). /liliProven experience instrongcomputerized systems validation /strong(CSV). /liliExperience instrongcomputerized system testing /strong. /liliStrong background instrongIT change management /strong. /liliExperience handlingstrongaccess management /strong. /li /ulstrongPreferred: /strongulliExperience withstrongTrialGrid /strong. /liliITIL‑alignedstrongincident management /strongexperience /liliBackground in thestrongpharmaceutical industry /strong(3+ years preferred) /liliKnowledge ofstrongClinical Development /strongprocesses. /li /ulstrongSoft Skills /strongulliFluent instrongEnglish /strong(written and spoken). /liliStrongstrongtechnical documentation /strongwriting skills. /li /ulExcellentstrongteam collaboration /strongabilities. /p
