ppWe are looking for an bIAM Business Model Manager Consultant /b to support access management and information security initiatives in a large enterprise environment. /ppWork setup: Hybrid /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn, maintain and continuously improve the Business Modelling process. /liliTranslate business requirements into IAM security models, policies and implementation guidelines. /liliValidate and implement access management services in line with security policies, SLAs, processes and procedures. /liliProvide functional analysis on security aspects across multiple business lines and cross-functional teams. /liliSupport Business Security Offices on Business Modelling activities and IAM-related questions. /liliAdvise on IAM architecture implementation and adapt models based on business, compliance and operational requirements. /liliProvide guidance, training and support to the security community on the implementation and operation of the security model. /liliCollaborate with access management teams to improve efficiency and the quality of access management models. /li /ulh3Must-have requirements /h3ulliMaster's degree or equivalent experience. /liliMinimum 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst. /liliExperience in security technologies and processes, especially IAM, Segregation of Duties and Role-Based Access Control. /liliKnowledge of information security standards and frameworks. /liliExperience working across IT and business environments in cross-functional teams. /liliStrong experience writing business requirements and producing clear documentation. /liliGood working knowledge of MS Excel and SQL. /liliLanguages: fluent English; fluent French or Dutch with basic level of the other language. /li /ul /p
