- und Finanztransaktionen. /li liFür ein kleineres Team von jüngeren Anwälten. Im Speziellen leiten Sie Teammitglieder im Arbeitsalltag an, vermitteln Fachwissen und koordinieren bzw. geben Trainings. Sie werden nach einer ersten Einarbeitungsphase sukzessiv an der allgemeinen Arbeitsorganisation sowie am Wissensaustausch innerhalb des Teams beteiligt. /li liFollow‑up von Kundenanfragen und Erstellung von Stellungnahmen und Dokumenten unter der Aufsicht des zuständigen Partners. /li /ul h3Ihr Profil: /h3 ul liEinen erfolgreichen Abschluss der beiden juristischen Staatsexamina, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Spezialisierung oder LLM im Steuerrecht und/oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen. /li liMindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im nationalen und/oder internationalen Steuerrecht in einer Anwaltskanzlei oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (idealerweise in Luxemburg). /li liPerfekte Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise abgerundet durch gute Französischkenntnisse. /li liEine effiziente Kommunikationsfähigkeit und zeichnen sich insbesondere durch Ihre Gabe aus, aktiv zuhören zu können.
