Ombudsfin in Brussels is seeking a Legal Counsel to join a 15-person team dedicated to resolving disputes between financial institutions and clients. The role involves mediating between parties to reach amicable settlements or drafting legal opinions and recommendations based on Belgian law and equity.
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Belgian Law with strong knowledge of consumer, civil and financial law, and is proficient in Dutch; French and English are desirable.
