We are seeking a Network Security Engineer with a strong background in Fortinet technologies and a current Fortinet NSE7 (or equivalent FCSS) certification. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, support, and optimisation of enterprise network security solutions across a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support FortiGate firewall environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex network security incidents.
- Implement and maintain VPN, IPS, web filtering, and application control policies.
- Perform firewall migrations, upgrades, and security improvements.
- Support routing and switching environments, including BGP and OSPF.
- Work with infrastructure and security teams to ensure a secure and resilient network.
- Produce technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer where required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Fortinet NSE7 certification is highly desirable.
Strong hands-on experience with:
- FortiGate
- FortiManager
- Fortinet Security Fabric
Experience with:
- Firewall administration and policy management
