pbSenior Frontend Engineer | AI | React / TypeScript / Next.js | £80k–£130k + Equity | Remote UK/Europe /b /ppI’m working with a bYC-backed AI startup /b building autonomous AI products for some of the world’s largest institutions. /ppThey’re growing quickly following one of the largest Seed rounds in YC history and are now looking for an exceptional bSenior Frontend Engineer /b to take real ownership of their frontend product. /ppThere are bno traditional Product Managers or Designers sitting between you and the problem /b. You’ll work directly with the founders, AI and Backend Engineers, understand what customers need, and help decide how the product should actually work. /ppThe company is already live with enterprise customers, growing quickly and expects to add around b10 more Engineers /b as it heads towards its Series A. /ppFor the right person, the expectation is that you can look at an existing customer journey and say: b"This could be better. Here's why, and here's how I'd redesign it." /b /ph3What you'll be working on: /h3ulliAI-powered dashboards and conversational interfaces /liliComplex workflows and data visualisation /liliDesign systems, component architecture and UX /liliWorking directly alongside AI/ML and Backend Engineers /liliUsing modern AI development tools to ship significantly faster /li /ulh3Must haves /h3ullib6+ years of strong React/TypeScript experience /b /liliStrong startups and fast-moving product businesses only. /liliComputer Science (or relevant) degree /liliYou need to be comfortable operating with a lot of autonomy. This environment will suit someone who likes being given a problem rather than a detailed specification. /li /ulpbLocation: /b Fully remote across the UK Europe. /ppbWorking pattern: /b Flexible, although you'll need to be comfortable with later US overlap (6pm UK time meeting) roughly twice per week. /p
