ING Belgium seeks a senior risk leader to head Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB), shaping balance sheet strategy and resilience. You will lead a second-line risk function, challenge senior stakeholders, and ensure alignment with risk appetite, regulatory expectations and customer interests.
You will build a high-performing team, interact with regulators, and guide strategic risk management initiatives across Finance, Treasury, Front Office and ING Group functions.
