Ready to help shape this growth story? /p ul liYou guide clients in their evolution toward a Frontier Organization where people, Copilots, and AI agents collaborate, and translate that vision into a concrete roadmap and architecture. /li liYou analyze how people work, collaborate, and make decisions, and identify opportunities to reshape these processes with Copilots, AI agents, and intelligent automation. /li liYou translate business needs into scalable end-to-end solutions based on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure AI. /li liYou design solution blueprints that bring together architecture, integrations, data, security, governance, and adoption. /li liYou facilitate discovery workshops and design sessions and make complex technology understandable for business and IT stakeholders. /li liYou work closely with project managers, technical architects, consultants, and specialists within the Microsoft ecosystem from concept to realization. /li liYou support presales processes by analyzing customer questions, developing solution directions, and helping shape inspiring demos or workshops. /li liYou actively share knowledge, stay informed of new Microsoft developments, and help colleagues and clients sustainably embed responsible AI applications. /li /ul h3What you need to succeed: /h3 ul liYou have several years of experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead Consultant within Microsoft solutions and can demonstrate successful transformation projects. /li liYou can translate business challenges into clear functional and technical architecture and ensure the coherence of the overall solution. /li liYou communicate fluently with management, business stakeholders, and technical teams, and involve them in decisions and trade-offs. /li liYou have experience with complex digital transformation projects and take responsibility from discovery and design through to implementation and adoption. /li liExperience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI-agents, GenAI, Microsoft Fabric, and/or AI-governance is a strong asset, but not a requirement to apply. /li liYou work autonomously, take initiative, and feel at home in a results-driven, no-nonsense environment where collaboration is central. /li liYou have excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
